Shipping & Returns

• Pick-up from our store.
• GAP AKIS EXPRESS store: Shipping cost is €4.
• For delivery at your registered address: Shipping cost is €6.
• For purchases of any products of €100 or more shipping is free of charge.
• Orders with bulky and heavy objects are excluded. For the delivery cost of such orders, you will be notified by phone before shipping.
• Deliveries can be scheduled from Monday until Friday.

We produce goods to order. Therefore, each product is individualized. Printing House  cannot refund or exchange merchandise.

Refund or exchange of goods is possible only in the cases of product defect (hole, stain). Defect of the applied print: printed the wrong print, in the wrong place, wrong size (provided that the agreed size is clear in centimeters).
